❌ Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed. Please double-check your cart before checking out.
📦 What if my package arrives damaged?
We're so sorry to hear that. While we don’t offer blanket refunds or replacements, we’ll do our best to make it right on a case-by-case basis.
Please email us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Photos of the box and product
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
We may offer a discount code or reship your order depending on the case.

🚚 What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once your order ships, it’s in the hands of the carrier. If tracking hasn’t updated or your package seems stuck, please check with the carrier first.
We are not responsible for:
- Packages marked “Delivered” but not received
- Shipping delays
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
🔁 Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders immediately, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
